About Us

Chargerless was founded in 2025 to build the first all-day wearable for everybody.

Our first product, Ray, is a self-sustaining bracelet that does everything we expect from a fitness tracker without any of the hassle of charging. Oh, and it's the lightest and smallest fitness tracker out there.

We're putting the finishing touches on Ray now, and Batch 2 ships in September 2026. You can order now on our store.

Why'd you make this?

Hi, my name is Andy, I'm the founder of Chargerless. I've been wearing a fitness tracker for most of my life, and I think they're the best way to track my health, sleep, and exercise goals. But recently, it's just started getting annoying: it's dead when I want to see it, I need to remember to plug it in every other night, and it's big and ugly on my wrist.

My background is in engineering, so I started making my own wearable to solve these problems. My ideal tracker is so tiny and lightweight that I wouldn't notice I was wearing it, and minimal enough to go with any outfit. Even then, I didn't want to give up any quality — my device would need world-class health sensors just like the other devices I was used to: heart rate, HRV, sleep, body temperature, and much more. But why hadn't anyone done this before?

Chargerless progress

Today's wearables are big, and I realized they all shared something that made them big: the battery. Because these wearables couldn't charge themselves, they needed to carry all their power with them like a big backpack. But if we could add a way for our wearable to collect power on its own, like a small solar panel, then we could shrink the battery and keep all the features we care about. This inspired me to start Chargerless.
