Ray charges using outdoor sunlight only. About one minute of direct sunlight outdoors per day can sustain operation. A full charge provides about 60 days in total darkness, depending on settings and use.

Yes. Cancel any direct Ray preorder at any time before shipment for a full refund. After delivery, try Ray and return it within 60 calendar days for a full refund of the product price. Ordinary trial use is allowed and there is no restocking fee. Email hello@getchargerless.com to start a cancellation or return.
